THE CLIENT

LG AUTOPARTES is an enterprise founded in 2008 that sell car parts. The enterprise focuses on specific parts of cars and they have more than 1000 parts on inventory.


THE CHALLENGE

This enterprise has 3 branches in Veracruz and 1 in Queretaro due to the pandemic the sales went down so the CEO decided that was time to bring the business to the web. And the best option was a fully customized e-commerce to provide a great experience to LG autopartes customer´s.

OUR APPROACH

We focus on three aspects with LG autopartes to get an extra positive outcome.


  1. The margins: We selected the best payment option to asure the most quantity of earnings to the company. So they are still competitive compared with options such as mercadolibre or amazon.
  2. The UX: An important aspect was to give the customers an easy way to purchase car parts. So we create a check out process with less than 5 clicks.
  3. Speed: The e-commerce experience is related to the load speeds. We focused a lot of effort in order to make the site a fast loading e.commerce.



THE RESULT

LG autoparts now has a digital branch and it’s the most important wherethey sell more than 55% of thei national inventory.
